To bring its 23-year sponsorship of the Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) football classics to life Coors Light created the Fanfare-Coors Light Zone experience during the Florida Classic on Nov. 21 between the Florida A&M Rattlers and the Bethune-Cookman University Wildcats at the Florida Citrus Bowl Stadium. The fan experience was part of a weekend of cultural educational and athletic events that kicked off on Nov. 19.
The Zone engaged consumers ages 21 and older with an EA Sport Madden Gaming Center where consumers could challenge each other by playing Madden NFL 2010. Other games included a Coors Light Spin to Win game that awarded winners branded prizes like t-shirts sweatshirts and cameras. The grand-prize winner received a PlayStation 3. The Zone also provided MillerCoors employees with a chance to interact with consumers in the African-American community.
This Coors Light The Silver Bullet O Gauge train set features a Silver Bullet® locomotive and three operating Silver Bullet reefer cars. The locomotive has a durable ABS body, die-cast metal chassis, a flywheel-equipped motor, speed control, synchronized puffing smoke, an operating headlight, metal wheels and gears, and a Proto-Sound® 2.0 sound system.
